Measuring, cutting, stripping off the protective plastic, laying it out, using the blow torch . . . these were some of the activities as we laid the parking bays for our recently re-surfaced car park.
In the hall people were busy stripping off the plastic coverings….
… and then the tape was laid out with precision….
…before being heat-sealed to the tarmac.
While that was going on, others were sanding down the railings, ready for painting.
Even the vicar got his hands dirty!
